On February 08, 2012, the Board of Directors of Vinh Hoan Corporation officially decided to contribute capital to establish Vinh Hoan Green Farm Company Limited as follows:

- Company name: Vinh Hoan Green Farm Company Limited.

- Charter capital: VND30 billion

- Address: Hamlet 1, Thuong Phuoc Commune, Hong Ngu District, Dong Thap Province.

- Main business lines: inland aquaculture, brackish water aquaculture, fish hatchery. 

- Contributed capital: VND30 billion (100% of capital of Vinh Hoan Green Farm Company Limited)

- Capital manager: Mr. Huynh Duc Trung.
