On February 24, 2012, HOSE officially decided to serve a warning to Tan Tao Investment Industry Corporation (ITACO).

Reason: The Company has repeatedly been late in announcing financial reports (including: the parent company’s financial statements of Quarter 4/2011, the consolidated financial statements of Quarter 4/2011 and the management report of Quarter 4/2011).
