DSN: Minutes of the Board of Directors’ meeting

On February 18, 2012, the Board of Directors of Dam Sen Water Park Corporation (DASECO) unanimously approved the following issues:

- To pay the 2011 dividend: 53%, in cash. In which, 30% was paid in 2011, and the remaining (22% or VND2,200/share) will be paid in the coming settlement.

- To pay the first interim dividend settlement of 2012: 6%/share (or VND600/share).

- To authorize the Management of Dam Sen Water Park Corporation to implement procedures to pay dividends to shareholders. Total dividends in the settlement will be 28%/share (VND2,800/share) and paid in March 2012.
