- Ex-right date                 : February 08, 2012

(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on February 28 & 29, 2012, sellers will not receive rights)

- Record date                   : March 01, 2012

- Purpose                          : To consult shareholders in writing. 

- Exercise ratio                  : 1:1 ( 01 share – 01 right)
