DCL: Decision on putting DCL under control

On February 20, 2012, HOSE had Decision No.11/2012/QD-SDGHCM to cancel the halt in trading of stock of Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Corporation and allow the stock to be traded again but put under control as of February 23, 2012.

- The reference price of DCL on February 23, 2012 will be equal to the close price of DCL on October 28, 2011 (the day immediately before the suspended day).

- Price range: +/- 20% compared to the reference price.

- Reason: Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Corporation reported enough its financial statements.
