CAD: Explanation for plummeting to floor prices

Cadovimex Seafood Import-Export And Processing Joint Stock Company has explained reasons making its stock plummet to floor prices for five consecutive trading sessions from February 10, 2012 to February 16, 2012:

- The business results in 2011 were low compared to the same period last year.

- The company has been seeking for investors and trying to withdraw debts of its customers.

- The trading of CAD stock was due to the investors’ on the securities market, out of the control of the Company.
