VCG: Delay in submitting financial statement refused
On 20/01/2012, the HNX received official correspondence of Vietnam Construction and Import-Export Joint Stock Corporation (Vinaconex., JSC) asking for delay in submitting Quarter IV. 2011 Financial Statement to 10/02/2012.
Reason is that the Tet holiday was long, besides Vinaconex., JSC has many dependent units and many projects that need more time for the financial report.
However, after considering, the HNX sees that this reason is not among the force majeures. Thus, the Company is requested to submit Quarter IV. 2011 Financial Statement according to current regulations.
