SME: Delay in submitting financial statement refused
On 18/01/2012, the HNX received official correspondence of SME SECURITIES CORPORATION asking for delay in submitting Quarter IV. 2011 Financial Statement. Reason is that the Company has moved its head quarter and change in Accountant.
However, after considering, the HNX sees that this reason is not among the force majeures. Thus, the Company is requested to submit Quarter IV. 2011 Financial Statement according to current regulations.
