NBP: Delay in submitting financial statement refused
On 20/01/2012, the HNX received official correspondence # 38/CV/NBTPC date 18/01/2012 of Ninh Binh Thermal Power JSC asking for delay in submitting Quarter IV. 2011 Financial Statement.
Reason is that Viet Nam electric power corporation has not approved price of electric supplied for the Company.
, after considering, the HNX sees that this reason is not among the force majeures. Thus, the Company is requested to submit Quarter IV. 2011 Financial Statement according to current regulations.
