STL: Delay in submitting financial statement refused
On 18/01/2012, the HNX received official correspondence of Song Da - Thang Long JSC asking for delay in submitting Quarter IV. 2011 Financial Statement. Reason is that construction works are located in many provinces nationvide, thus the collection review and check of data and documents met difficulties.
However, after considering, the HNX sees that this reason is not among the force majeures. Thus, the Company is requested to submit Quarter IV. 2011 Financial Statement according to current regulations.
