TSC: Explanation for business result in Quarter 4/2011

Techno - Agricultural Supplying Joint Stock Company has explained the fluctuation in business result between Quarter 4/2011 and Quarter 4/2010:

Quarter 4/2011, net revenue was VND381,177 billion, decreasing 51.54% compared to Quarter 4/2010, profit before tax was VND1,195 billion, decreasing 98.35% compared to Quarter 4/2010 because the following reason:

+ Prolonged flooding to made silt increased so the demand for fertilizer decreased

+ Price of fertilizer and agricultural products continuous decreased in Quarter 4/2011.

However, whole 2011, TSC’s net revenue was VND2,561.8 billion, increasing 3.1% compared to the same period of 2010; Total profit before tax was VND28,439 billion, increasing 95.28% compared to the same period of 2010 and all were 23.8% higher than the year plan.
