- Reasons: Second Dividend payment 2011

+ Exercise rate: 9% (shareholders receive VND 900 for every share they own)

 + Exercise date: 28/02/2012

+ Place of payment:

- For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.

- For undeposited shares: Mien Trung Power Investment and Development JSC on working days since 28/02/2012. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required.
