SDH: Board resolution on Operating result of 2011 and Plan of 2012
Song Da Infrastructure Construction JSC announces the Board Resolution approved on 19/01/2012 as follows:
1. Operating result of 2011
- Revenue: VND 26,685,110,000, increased by VND 185,000,000 (0.7%) of 2011 Plan
- Estimated profit before tax: VND 11,799,105,000, increased by VND 599,000,000 (5.35%) of 2011 Plan
- Estimated profit after tax: VND 9,734,260,000, increased by VND 1,334,000,000 (15.88%) of 2011 Plan
2. Plan of 2012
- Dividend payment of 2011 in cash: 20% of Charter capital;
- Reward for excess of 2011 Plan;
- Plan of First 6 months of 2012:
+ Revenue: VND billion 14
+ G.O.P: VND billion 6.4 (therein VND billion 4.4 of business profit)
+ Dividend of first 6 months of 2012: reinvesting
- Meeting with principal shareholders before Annual Meeting of shareholders on 27/04/2012;
- Plan of human resource in repairing time;
- Assigned Management Board to make Salary Plan following market mechanism to implement after the repairing, except Manager payment;
- Choosing credit banks for loans and borrows.
