HDC: HODECO receives an investment certificate for Phuoc Thang project
On January 31, 2012, the People’ Committee of Ba Ria – Vung Tau province officially gave an investment certificate to Ba Ria – Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company (HODECO) to invest in Phuoc Thang Residential Area Project. The Phuoc Thang Residential Area will be located in Ward 12, Vung Tau city, Ba Ria – Vung Tau province. The project was planned 1/500 according to 5834/QD-UBND dated 10/29/2009 by the People’ Committee of Vung Tau city.
The usable area of project is estimated about 753,550.8 square meters, with the total investment of project of VND1,492,507,731,000. HODECO expectes to build 593 villas with total area of 154,724 square meters, 612 terraced houses with total area of 65,590 square meters, office and apartment buildings from 18 to 36 storeys with total area of 18,752 square meters.
