ASM: Violation of information disclosure of affiliated person

The following is the violation of information disclosure requirement of an affiliated person:

1. Mr. Le Van Long, brother of Ms. Le Thi Phuong – Chief Accountant of Sao Mai Construction Corporation, was late in reporting the trading result of ASM stock after registering to trade on December 12, 2011.

2. Mr. Le Thanh Hanh, a member of the Supervisory Board of Sao Mai Construction Corporation, was late in reporting the trading result of ASM stock after registering to trade on December 19, 2011.
