VNL: Vinalink sells VNF stock on HNX

According to the decision of the Board of Directors on December 31, 2011, Vinalink International Freight Forwarders (stock code: VNL) will sell 85,500 VNF shares on the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX).

• Estimated trading time: in January 2012.

• Selling price: market price on the HNX, but no more than VND20,000/share.
