KTS: Explanation for 10 consecutive ceiling-hitting sessions

On 30/12/2011, Kon Tum Sugar JSC explained the stock ceiling hitting for 10 consecutive sessions from as follows:

In the first 9 months of 2011, the company’s operations have been effective, accounting profit before tax was VND 81.7 billion. In 2011, the Company paid 60% dividend in advance including 30% in cash and 30% by shares to increase its charter capital. The Company’s business in the late 3 months of 2011 has been running as normal. Therefore, the stock celling hitting for 10 consecutive sessions is due to demands of investors, out of the Company’s control.
