VNI: Vinaland temporarily uses project land as a trading center & market
On December 27, 2011, the People’s Committee of Dirstrict 7, Hochiminh City, issued Official Document 3307/UBND-KT to allow Viet Nam Land Investment Corporation (VINALAND INVEST CORP.) to organize a temporary market.
Viet Nam Land Investment Corporation has an area of 12,437.13 m2 in Saigon South Center, Phu My Ward, District 7, Hochiminh City in order to build a trading, service and office center. However, to solve buying and selling needs of essential goods of local people, Viet Nam Land Investment Corporation was expected to change this project to a trading center combined with a traditional market on the project land Saigon South Center.
The People’s Committee of Dirstrict 7 approved the Corporation to organize a temporary market on an area of 6,000 m2 on the project land Saigon South Center from December 25, 2011 to December 15, 2012 while waiting procedures to change the use to a trading center combined with a traditional market.
