SSI: SSI increases capital after issuing shares to key employees

Sai Gon Securities Incorporation has adjusted its charter capital after issuing 1,500,000 shares to key employees.

-        Old charter capital: VND3,511,117,420,000.

-        New charter capital: VND3,526,117,420,000.

-        Effective date: January 05, 2012.
