EIB: Charter capital increases

Vietnam Export Import Commercial Joint Stock Bank  (HOSE: EIB) announced the increase in charter capital as follows:

- Old charter capital: VND10,560,068,750,000

- New charter capital: VND12,355,229,040,000

- Business License No.0301179079 granted by the Department of Planning and Investment for the adjusted for the nineteenth time on December 22, 2011.
