BHS: BSJC increases capital

Pursuant to Business License No.3600495818 adjusted for the 8th time by the Department of Planning and Investment of Dong Nai province on December 13, 2011, Bien Hoa Sugar JSC (HOSE: BHS) was accepted to increase its charter capital from VND185,316,200,000 to VND299,975,800,000

- Reason: The Company distributed bonus shares according to the resolution of BHS Annual General Meeting 2011 dated April 15, 2011 and Announcement No.897/2011/TB-SGDHCM dated October 27, 2011 by the HOSE
