SHI: Resolution of the BOD
Son Ha International Corporation has informed of the resolution of the BOD dated December 28, 2011 as follows:
- Article 1: Approved the decision to given bonus the Board of Management as follow:
Mr. Le Vinh Son: 80,000 shares
Mr. LE Hoang Ha: 80,000 shares
Mr. Nguyen Van Thuan: 10,000 shares
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nhan: 10,000 shares
Mr. Dam Quang Hung: 10,000 shares
Mr. Dang Minh Quang: 10,000 shares.
- Article 2: Approved the decision to buy back up 500,000 shares.
- Article 3: This resolution is valid as from December 28, 2011.
