BT6: Resolution of the BOD

Beton 6 Corporation announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated December 29, 2011:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved that Beton 6 Corporation would contribute 51% of stake (equivalent to VND10.2 billion) to establish Beton 6 Traffic Construction Corporation (charter capital: VND20 billion).

Article 2: The Board of Directors authorized Mr. Nguyen Trung Hau, BT6’s CEO, as the representative for BT6’s contribution capital in Beton 6 Traffic Construction Corporation.
