Hau Giang Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the extraordinary meeting of shareholders dated December 29, 2011:

The first extraordinary meeting of shareholders of 2011 approved to adjust the total investment in Pharmaceutical Factory and Packaging Printing Factory in Tan Phu Thanh Industrial Zone, Chau Thanh A district, Hau Giang province, from VND506 billion to VND676 billion.
