DMC: Resolution of the BOD

Domesco Medical Import Export Joint Stock Corporation announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated December 27, 2011:

Article 1: Approved to additionally appoint two members of Board of Directors and a member of the Board of Supervisors as follows:

- Appointing Mr. Alejandro Esteban Weinstein Manieu and Alexis Eduardo Camhi

Levy as two members of Board of Directors from December 27, 2011.

Article 2: Appointing Mr. Juan Ignacio Ceballos Argo as a member of the Board of Supervisors from December 27, 2011.

Article 3: This resolution is valid as from December 27, 2011.
