HPC: Delay in submitting financial statement refused

On 13/01/2012, the HNX received official correspondence of Haiphong Securities JSC asking for delay in submitting Quarter IV. 2011 Financial Statement. Reason is that General Manager is on business.

However, after considering, the HNX sees that this reason is not among the force majeures. Thus, the Company is requested to submit Quarter IV. 2011 Financial Statement according to current regulations.
