SBA: Explanation for violation of information announcement

Song Ba Joint Stock Company (SBA) has explained the violation of announcing late the BOD’s decision on the SBA’s loan as follows:

As the Law, the information has to been disclosed within 72 hours but SBA had announced the information late. SBA corrected this by announcing fully details once we receive HOSE’s warning.
