SBA: Result of borrowing trading capital

Song Ba Joint Stock Company (SBA) has announced result of borrowing trading capital as follows:

Loan documents were finished and appraised to a commercial bank but the bank did not approve the loan in long term because EVN has bough electricity at low price. Therefore, SBA has to change the loan to short term. It made difficult to pay to contractors and the BOD’s decision was not implemented as last announcement.
