LGC: Adding delisting of LGC into the shareholders’ meeting

Lu Gia Mechanical Electric Joint Stock Company (LUGIACO) has announced a change in contents of the shareholders’ meeting:

The major shareholder of LUGIACO – Binh Trieu Structural Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company (*) holding 22.59% of LGC shares requested to consider the LGC delisting at the 2012 shareholders’ meeting because the LGC listing did not bring revenue to some shareholders.
