• The Board of Directors agreed with the report of the Board of Management on business results in Q3/2011 and 09 months of 2011 and plans for Q4/2011 and the whole year 2011
• The Board of Directors agreed with the report of the Supervisory Board for business results in Q3/2011 and 09 months of 2011
• The Board of Directors also approved to set revenue growth of 2012 at 5% and continue to seek for outside investments in 2011
