EIB: Cash dividend payment
Vietnam Export Import Commercial Joint Stock Bank announces the record date to close shareholder list:
- Stock symbol: EIB
- Stock type: Common stock
- Par value: VND 10,000
- Ex-right date: January 12, 2012
(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on January 12 & 13, 2012 sellers will not receive the rights.)
- Record date: January 16, 2012
- Dividend pay-out ratio: 14%/ par value (VND1,400/ share)
- Purpose: to make the first dividend payment for 2011.
- Payment date: February 29, 2012
Place & procedure of payment:
- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:
+ Shareholders whose have payment account at Eximbank: at head office 1, branch or trading office of Eximbank from on February 29, 2012.
+ Shareholders whose have not been payment account at Eximbank: Eximbank will open accounts to shareholders and receive at head office 1, branch or trading office of Eximbank from on February 29, 2012
+ Shareholders are organization: Eximbank pay dividend to account according the proposal letter from February 29, 2012 (Form of the proposal letter has posted on website of Eximbank to link: http://www.eximbank.com.vn)
Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
