DMC: Cash dividend payment
DOMESCO Medical Import Export Joint Stock Corporation announces the record date to close shareholder list:
- Stock symbol: DMC
- Stock type: Common stock
- Par value: VND 10,000
- Ex-right date: January 10, 2012
(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on January 10, 2012 & January 11, 2012 sellers will not receive the rights.)
- Record date: January 12, 2012
- Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share)
- Purpose: to make the first dividend payment for 2011.
- Payment date: January 20, 2012

- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at DOMESCO Medical Import Export Joint Stock Corporation. Address: 66 Highway 30, My Phu Ward, Cao lanh city, Dong Thap Province as from January 20, 2012.
