On December 27, 2011, the HOSE issued Announcement No.1026/2011/TB-SGDHCM on the record date for cash dividend payment – the second installment for 2011 – by Seaprodex Refrigeration Industry Corporation (HOSE: SRF) as follows:

- Ex-right date: January 05, 2012

(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on January 05 & 06, 2012, sellers will not receive the rights)

- Record date: January 09, 2012

- Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND1,0000/ share)

- Payment date: January 18, 2012

- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: At the securities firms where the shares have been deposited

- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: At Seaprodex Refrigeration Industry Corporation (62 Tran Huy Lieu, Ward 12, Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City)
