Seaprodex Refrigeration Industry Corporation (HOSE: SRF) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors as follows:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved the second dividend payment of 2011 to the Company’s shareholders:

- Announce date: December 26, 2011

- Record date: January 09, 2012

- Payment time: January 18, 2012

Article 2: This resolution takes effect from December 23, 2011.
