DMC: Resolution of the first dividend payment 2011

Domesco Medical Import Export JSC (HOSE: DMC) announced the resolution of the first dividend payment 2011 as follows:

Article 1: The first dividend payment 2011:

- Dividend pay-out ratio: 10% in cash

- Record date: January 12, 2012

- Time of payment: January 20, 2012

Article 2: This resolution takes effect from December 27, 2011.
