+ Dividend payment: 30%

- Dividend payment 2011 by General Meeting of shareholders dated on 18/03/2011

- Time for general meeting of shareholders 2012

+ Expected exercise date: 02/2012 or 03/2012

+ Place: Convention Center in Hai Phong City
