L10: Resolution on the first dividend payment in 2011

Lilama 10 JSC (HOSE: L10) has announced the resolution of the first dividend payment in 2011 as follows:

Article 1: Paying the first dividend payment in 2011:

- Dividend ratio: 5% (VND500/share)

- Total amount for the second dividend payment of 2010:VND4,450,000,000

- Payment date: In quarter 4/2011

Article 2: The resolution is valid as from November 30, 2011.
