Binh Thanh Import Export Production and Trade JSC (HOSE: GIL) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors as follows:

Approving the third dividend payment of 2011:

- Dividend pay-out ratio: 16% (VND1,600/share)

- Record date: December 12, 2011

- Payment date: December 23, 2011.

This resolution is valid as from November 24, 2011.
