7. Reasons: Dividend payment in cash of 2010
- Exercise rate: 10% (Shareholders receive VND 1,000 for each share they own)
- Exercise date: 26/12/2011
- Place of payment:
For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited
For undeposited shares: Network Infrastructure Services JSC on working days from 26/12/2011. Securities certificate and Identification Card (Original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above.
