- Ex-right date: December 12, 2011

(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on December 12 & 13, 2011 sellers will not receive the rights)

- Record date: December 14, 2011

- Dividend pay-out ratio: 5%/par value (VND500/ share)
