DTL: Resolution on adjusting revenue & profit targets

Dai Thien Loc Corporation (HOSE: DTL) announced the resolution after consulting shareholders in writing:

Article 1: Approved adjustments to business targets for 2011:

- Revenue: VND2,000 billion

- Profit after tax: VND200 billion.

Article 2: This resolution is effective from November 28, 2011.
