PPI withdraws capital in Nam Phan JSC

On November 28, 2011, the Board of Directors of Pacific Property and Infrastructure Development and Investment JSC (HOSE: PPI) decided to withdraw the contributed capital in Nam Pham Joint Stock Company (Accounting for 49% stake of Nam Phan) by transferring the contributed capital to another partner.
