Phu Nhuan Jewelry JSC (HOSE: PNJ) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated November 29, 2011:

Article 1: Approved to rent premise to establish a branch and shop:

- Name of branch: Branch of Phu Nhuan Jewelry Joint Stock Company – PNJ Bao Loc Branch

- Address: Shop No.09, Bao Loc Co.opMart, Tran Phu, Ward 2, Bao Loc city, Lam Dong province.

- Branch director:  Mr. Pham Quoc Viet

- Estimated establishment time: in December 2011.

Article 2: Authorized CEO Cao Thi Ngoc Dung to decide content of the rental contract for the premise.

Article 3: Authorized CEO Cao Thi Ngoc Dung to sign the rental contract for the premise.

Article 4: Approved to dissolve a business location in Ha Noi because time to repair the trade center lasted too long:

- Name of the business location: Branch of Phu Nhuan Jewelry JSC – PNJ Ha Noi Branch

- Address: Trang Tien Trade Center, 24 Hai Ba Trung, Trang Tien ward, Hoan Kiem district, Ha Noi city.

- Estimated time for dissolution: In December 2011

Article 5: Approved to dissolve a shop in Ha Noi because business results were not effective:
