- Change in Representative for State-owned Equity: Mr Ngo Sy Tuc – Deputy Manager of BimSon Cement JSC - represents VND 108,000,000,000 (11.29% of State-owned equity) of BCC held by BimSon Cement JSC

- Change in Deputy Manager: Mr Duong Dinh Hoi has resigned from Deputy Manager with effect since 29/11/2011.
