DMC: Personnel Change in the Board of Directors

Domesco Medical Import Export JSC (HOSE: DMC) announced the personnel change in the Board of Directors:

- The Board of Directors approved the resignation of Mr. Trinh Hoai Giang from the Board of Directors, effective from November 30, 2011

- The Board of Directors appointed Mr. Nguyen Phuong to the Board of Directors effective from December 06, 2011 to the end of Term II (2009-2013).
