PET: Personnel change

PetroVietnam General Service JSC (HOSE: PET) has announced a personnel change as follows:

- Appointing Mr. Pham Quang Huy as a member of the Board of Directors cum the representative of capital of SHF fund to replace Mr. Mai Vu Thao as from December 19, 2011

- The change and appointment will be submitted to the nearest shareholders’ meeting.
