SJS: Explanation CEO Change

Song Da Urban & Industrial Zone Investment and Development JSC (HOSE: SJS) explained the change of CEO as follows:

- On October 12, 2011, the company has reported to the Hochiminh Stock Exchange on the change of CEO.

- The company assured that the change in CEO was made as regulated by the Law and charter of the company

- Moreover, the company was granted the new business registration certificate changed on the seventh time by the Hanoi Investment and Planning Department dated October 3, 2011

- Therefore, the company has complied with the regulations of the Law and and charter of the company.
