SD8: Directorate Change

Song Da 8 JSC (HNX: SD8) announced change in the Board of Directors as follows:

- Mr. Le Vinh Giang, Representative of State-owned shares of SD8 held by Song Da No.7 JSC, has been elected to be Director and appointed Chair of the Board in place of Mr. Luu Trung Lam with effect since 21/12/2011. This position will be approved in Annual General Meeting of Shareholder of 2012.
