SHI: Extraordinary meeting of shareholders notice
Son Ha International Corporation (HOSE: SHI) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated October 05, 2011 about the organization of an extraordinary meeting of shareholders:

- Meeting content:
+ Approve the policy on searching a new location to move the Corporation’s factory from Ha Noi;
+ Approve the policy on changing the land use purpose for factory areas in Ha Noi;
+ Adjust the use of funds for expanding the factory in Ha Noi;
+ Adjust the 2011 business plan;
+ Approve the additional listing of the shares issued in the second dividend payment of 2010;
