Violation of information disclosure requirement of the insider trading in Information and Networking Technology JSC (HOSE: CMT) as follows:

Mr. Le Thanh Trung, Member of the Board of Directors of Information and Networking Technology JSC, was late in reporting the trading result of CMT stock after registering to trade on June 27, 2011.
